Another January holiday, with a Singapore to Hong Kong Cruise. Two nights in Singapore before embarking on Celebrity Solstice. Organised by Planet Cruise the trip covered two stops in Thailand, Koh Samui and allegedly Bangkok (actually a port two hours away). We went to Pattaya instead 45 mins away. Then, four stops in Vietnam. Again stops weren’t always very close to city advertised. We went to Ho Chi Minh from the port Phu My (about 90 mins to the former Saigon, Nha Trang, then Chan May, before Halong Bay. We didn’t go to Hanoi two hours away. Final destination was Hong Kong for two further nights.
