We recently completed a cruise NY to LA with a trip to Niagara before the cruise. This included a full transit of the Panama Canal via the old locks. We cruised on the Island Princess and stayed in Niagara at the Hilton (Canadian side) before taking the Amtrak to New York. A couple of nights at the mid-town Hilton before boarding in Brooklyn. One change to the agenda in the map below we stopped in Guatemala instead of first Mexico stop.

New York Pre-Cruise
A couple of nights in New York. A poignant visit to the 9-11 Memorial reminding us of previous visits, a Broadway Show and a couple of walks in the park.
