The Spanish police, in cahoots with their international colleagues from the USA’s FBI and the UK’s NCA, are desperate to infiltrate the cartel and gather hard evidence. In Barcelona, they send a young officer who resembles Declan\u2019s lost love, someone who Declan has already helped on Ibiza. The police closed the original case against Declan Williams due to a lack of solid evidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Declan Williams has new reluctant partners, former enemies, to integrate into his organisation. There are other threats to the cartel\u2019s operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
